A secure virtualisation approach to support multi-level secure systems

Abstract:
In this webinar we will consider how secure virtualisation approaches can be used to implement a system architecture to securely partition applications and data of different security domains on the same system, whilst enabling the reuse of previously developed software applications and existing intellectual property in an open standards-based communications environment. The requirements for supporting incremental safety-certification under DO-178C / ED-12C and Common Criteria security evaluation at high evaluation assurance level (EAL) will be considered, and the implementation architecture to support a role-based development process will be presented.
